| When: | Monthly on Thursday all day 9:30 am-6:00 pm We hold these on the 4th week of the month, we do not have trips in August, December, January and February. |
Organising committee: Margaret Waghorn, Roy Smith, Brenda Griffiths and Edna Tone.
Our trips: We arrange visits to places of interest, such as stately homes, gardens, museums, art galleries and the like, which are within 70 miles of Romsey. Most are much closer. Coach travel is arranged when necessary. However, when visiting Winchester or Southampton, members are often asked to make their own way and rendezvous at a given location. We never leave Romsey before 9.30am in the morning and always aim to return by 5.00pm but always by 6.00 pm at the latest. Trips vary according to the distance travelled, opening times at the venues and the time required for the visit.
At the present time our group has 180+ members which means there is plenty of competition for places on our trips! If you would like more information or are interested in joining us, please contact Brenda via email using the link above. Details of the upcoming trips are shown below.

- Summer Lunch at Romsey Golf Club (subsidised for members) on the 20th August 2026.
- Strawberry Hill on the 24th September 2026 (postponed from 25th June).
- Trip - location to be decided - on the 22nd October 2026.
- Oakham Treasures on the 26th November 2026.
Details of the Lunch and all subsequent events will be with members in due course and with plenty of time for booking.
