To complete the online forms in the Document Library, follow these simple instructions..

1. Go to the Document Library and locate both forms under the heading "Membership Documents". There are two forms to complete;
   • Membership form 2026-27
   • Gift Aid Declaration
2. Select each in turn by clicking the form.
3. This will open the form and allow you to complete the various boxes.
4. Once completed, download it and save it on your local device for your own records. NOTE if you are using Adobe to save your document, you may be offered a choice of what to save. Choose the version you have just completed and not the blank.
5. You can now email it to Membership (membership@romseyu3a.org.uk) as an attachment.
6. Do the same for both forms.
7. If you prefer to complete it manually, simply download the form before completing and print it out.
